  • Potaoes slowly growing

    Today we checked our potato crops, the first crop planted and started to show.  We felt each plant and will note the difference in their growth over three weeks.

  • Mushrooms

    We planted mushrooms in boxes and kept them in the dark. Mist spray was used to water the boxes and this week we got amazing mushrooms!! We even emailed Chris Evans to tell him about the size of our enormous mushrooms!!!!!

  • Mushrooms

    As the weather has been so cold we have decided to grow mushrooms in boxes. So far we have set up three boxes and will compare the crops of each box. When we get mushrooms we plan to have garlic mushrooms on toast!! Linden Lodge
